RG&C will hold a plant sale on Saturday, June 8, from 10 AM to 1 PM.

This year will be a bit different as we will be at the homes of two of our members and NOT at the Farmer’s Market in Adams Park.

The sale will be at 53 Prospect Avenue and 5 Sheldon Street (just a few houses from each other). Sheldon Street runs from Cummins Highway (across from the Irving Middle School, just a short jaunt from the Farmers Market) to Prospect Avenue.

As usual, we’ll be selling plants from our own members’ plant divisions, including perennials (both sun and shade loving), edibles, and shrubs. We may also have a small selection of garden decorative items and, perhaps, some gardening books.

If you are dividing plants this spring and have some to share with us (no wild orange daylilies, please), please consider potting them up and
labeling them (sticks are great but even masking tape on the pots is OK) for us to sell to benefit our public green spaces.  If you need plastic pots, we can supply them. We’d like them delivered to us no later than Thursday, June 6.

Thank you for your support and we’ll hope to see you at the sale.
