Roslindale Green & Clean was formed in 2004 as a 501(c)(3)
non-profit organization committed to keeping Roslindale "green
and clean" through advocacy, education and outreach.

Following the success of the 2004 Roslindale House and Garden
Tour, a group formed to continue the efforts. Through special events
like the Green Garden Excahnge, the organization hopes to engage
the community in various activities including tree and greenspace
stewardship and beautification. Volunteers from the organization
have worked with various community groups to design and install
plantings for several public greenspaces around the Square.

RGC seeks to continue planting and maintaing key green spaces 
throughout Roslindale and to protect, preserve and expand its
population of trees.

There are 9 members (one vacancy) on the Board of Directors
including 3 officers. The annual meeting of the Board is held the
second Tuesday of April each year.
